Water spilled on circuit

 

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection there was signs of water contamination on the PCB as per the customers fault description.

This had already started to corrode some solder joints.  The board was cleaned up using alcohol and the effected solder joints were resoldered.

The remote functions as normal.
