All of a sudden packed up. Worked a few times when tapped. If you could look at as soon as possible please, as my husband has nowhere to sit, it is stuck slightly raised. Thank you.
This reclining chair control arrived safely and on inspection the cable was badly damaged.
A replacement cable was fitted, the cable that was fitted was a straight cable instead of a curly one which is notorious for issues.
