Customers Fault Description : Only picks up controller when placed directly ON unit , move 4 inches away and no movement from actual caravan mover.
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing appeared to be working as normal. A range test was carried out side by side with a known working control and similar ranges were found.
The control was retested over a few days but no issue could be replicated.
This has classed this control as no fault found.
