Customer's Fault Description
Remote hasn't been used for a while and when I put batteries in it is working intermittently
This Kenwood amplifier controller arrived safely and on testing was very intermittent in functionality.
On opening it was found that a capacitor had leaked over the board causing corrosion in parts of the print, the capacitor was replaced and the print reworked. Full functionality was restored.
