Customer's Fault Description
Numerous buttons inoperative , including volume increase decease, Tv control standby , home menu , central circular control buttons, arrows & select.
This control for a Surround sound system - receiver model VSX 921 arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various non functioning / sluggish buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to wear on the button conductive pads. The pads were recoated conductively and this restored full functionality.
