Customers Fault Description : The receptor (G30-ZRRS) is often not responding to the remote control(G30-ZRHS). I believe only the receptor is faulty, but I'll send the 2 devices The batteries are OK.
This gas heater controller and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be intermittent in functionality.
On inspection of the receiver the battery block was badly corroded due to a battery leakage. The battery block was replaced and full functionality was restored.
