Customers Fault Description : remote sometimes work, mostly doesnt power on, have to fiddle with batteries
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the control was not held together due to broken mounting screw fittings and also the battery cover was missing (This cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares).
On testing there was no response from the power on button, this was due to the usual break in the print causing an open circuit. The print was reworked which restored full functionality
