Customer's Fault Description

With fresh batteries in correctly inserted the equipment does not respond to the handset at all. I have a spare identical handset that does work. Are you able to get this working?

This Audio amplifier and preamp controller arrived safely and on testing the control was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.

On opening, one of the legs of the electrolytic had come away from the board taking the print with it causing an open circuit.

The print was reworked and reinforced, full functionality was restored.
