Customers Fault Description : Not responding got left face down in soap suds
This Lcd bathroom TV controller arived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on various buttons.
On opening the remote was quite dry but there was the aftermath of moisture damage. There were various breaks in the print causing open circuits. The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
