Customer's Fault Description
The remote has stopped working. I’ve changed the battery with no success and I’ve tried to do the fix from YouTube but again with no success.
This TV remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be due to corrosion points in the print caused by water contamination.
The print was reworked which restored full functionality. Please note that this control is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent further damage.
