Customer's Fault Description

not working as well as it was, probably push buttons too hard cause not working well.

This Bose Home Cinema control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting but on some buttons the response was intermittent / sluggish.

On opening there was a large amount of contamination over the effected buttons, see images.

The PCB was cleaned up and all pads washed down. This restored normal functionality.
