Customer's Fault Description
Problem with the buttons on the remote. Severe sticking..that results in the battery draining in record time. Can get power..but cant get it to stop. Hoping that the buttons can be fixed..they seem 'swollen'..or that the remote can be cloned into a new remote since her bed/mattress is still good.
This Ultramatic bed control arrived safely from Canada and on inspection the battery cover was not present and the buttons were stuck in the frame.
The button pads was heat treated to reduce the warping of the pads and the PCB was cleaned up to remove all contaminants.
