Customer's Fault Description
Remote seems to be working ok but the receiver does not recive the control. Both have had brand new batteries and only work when you put the two devices but up.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing it was found that the remote itself was at fault. There was no signal being emitted on any button press.
This is a common issue that was caused by a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
