Customer's Fault Description
Buttons to increase/decrease the temperature don’t work. I can turn it on/off and change the speed settings, but can’t change the temperature. Also, it’s not doing the “beep” sound it used to every time you’d press a button.

 

This body dryer arrived safely and on inspection the facia had the usual cracks around the buttons.  This allows moisture to enter the control which consequently corrodes parts of the print.

The print was reworked and the facia refitted (no spares are available so the original facia had to be refitted), then a plastic sheeting was added to give some protection.  This restored full functionality.

Please note that this control is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent further damage.
