Customer's Fault Description
The battery wiring was broken. An attempt to repair by soldering the broken wires together did resolve the problem and there is no response from the remote indicator lamp or the motors on the bed
This Hülsta Rumat SUPER Infrared remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was in need of replacement, this was done but the control remained dead.
The issue was found to be a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
