Customer's Fault Description
Buttons would only work intermittently, now battery connector has broken too. Back of remote is missing too.
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was faulty and the battery cover was missing.
A replacement battery cable was fitted and also all four of the buttons were replaced, this restored full functionality.
