Customers Fault Description : Remote not working
This amplifier control arrived safely and on testing was actually sending intermittently, dependent on how the control was held / tilted.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a collapsed button which when touched slightly would activate. This button was replaced nad full functionality was restored to all buttons.
