2 off buttons missing battery cover missing, loose inside
This gas fire remote arrived safely and on inspection 2 buttons were missing and the battery cover was also missing.
The battery cable was broken and also a part of the back was broken.
The battery cable was replaced as well as the buttons, back of controller and the battery cover.
