Customer's Fault Description
NO SIGNAL OUTPUT EVEN AFTER I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERIES.
This roller blind control arrived safely and on inspection the LED was not showing in the facia and no response could be found from wither button press.
The LED issue was that it was bent over on itself, this was re-positioned to rectify this issue.
The buttons themselves were not conductive, probably due to wear over use. The pads were recoated in conductive paint, this restored functionality and the RF signal is present.
