Customers Fault Description : Button faulty
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non functioning button.
On opening there was some contamination on the PCB around the suspect button, this was cleaned up but the problem remained. The button was replaced which then restored all functionality (we replaced all 4 buttons to be safe)
