Customer's Fault Description
The fireplace isn't working and the gas engineer thinks it's the remote that isn't working. The fireplace is a flambeau 335 basket fire - gas fire.

 

This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be functionaing on any button press.

This is a common issue caused by faulty buttons, all 4 were replaced which restored normal functionality.
