Customers Fault Description : The remote illuminates in one direction only and does not work the fire at all.
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing no signal was being emmited on any button press.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
Please note that the up channel required the smaller left button and up button to be pressed at the same time before it will activate.
