GX-IR03 Remote Repair Details

Model : GX-IR03

Customers Fault Description : Down button, stopwatch button, reset, start and enter I know that do not work. There are a few buttons missing which is fine unless you can replace them. I cannot seem to find a replacement controller so need to get this one fixed.

 

This wall timer controller arrived safely and on inspection the case was cracked and various buttons were missing (these cannot be replaced as the button pads are not available as spares.

On testing the buttons that were present were not functioning as per the customers fault description.  This was due to worn button pads, these pads were coated in conductive paint and the PCB cleaned.  This restored full normal functionality.
