Customer's Fault Description
All buttons seem to be faulty and battery connection is broken. Case screw is missing.

 

This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available), the battery cable was broken, this was replaced.

The LED was bent over out of its hole, this was bent back and all of the buttons were faulty.  All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.  A fixing screw was fitted for the case.
