Customers Fault Description : is not lighting the fire, it did have a loose wire. it just isn't doing anything. it dosnt have much to do/control..
This control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was broken (held on by tape, this is not replacable and does not effect functionality)
The battery cable itself was broken, a replacement was fitted and then it was found that the buttons itself were intermittent, all 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
