Customers Fault Description : Doesn't control fire. Screen normally blank - very occasionally odd indecipherable characters flash when a button is pushed.
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to have no display except for some random character flashes.
On opening the display was found to be at fault (see image). Due to not being available as a spare a repair is sadly not possible.
