Customer's Fault Description
this remote control has become unreliable (as if the contact sheet is worn (this happened on our first remote after about 15 years!)

 

This bed control arrived safely and on inspection 2 issues were found, the first was that the button array was showing signs of contamination, this was cleared with an alcohol bath.

The other issue (the main problem) was due to the oscillator being faulty, a replacement was fitted which restored normal functionality
