Customers Fault Description : Appears dead as a dodo, but clean and no battery mess inside.
This Quattro audio remote controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting. On opening, this issue was due to a badly soldered IC, this was reworked and full functionality was restored.
