Customers Fault Description : Select button (the one in the middle of the directional arrows) does not work
This Samsung control arrived safely and was confirmed that the select button was not responding.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a broken ribbon cable to the button cap.
A replacement has been ordered and will be fitted upon arrival.
The replacement button arrived safely... attached to a fully functioning replacement remote control therefore we will supply the full functional control as a repair.
