Customer's Fault Description
Stopped opening door, I changed the batteries but still does not work. Problem is remote control as the spare remote still works.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be responding on all buttons as well as sending out a signal as normal.
The remote was opened to see if there was a intermittent issue but no fault could be found. It was therefore concluded that the control may need pairing with its relevant receiver.
