Customers Fault Description : Not working at all, remote for mot brake rollers which are 3 phase power
This remote arrived safely and on testing was not sending a signal on any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be with the IR led, this was replaced which restored functionality.
Interestingly the lower buttons on the control do not send a signal, this doesnt appear to be a fault but the customer is required to full test the functionality for any issue with its coreresponding receiver.
