Customer's Fault Description
Receiver only picking up signals very infrequently and only when remote is held up close.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver had signs of a battery leakage.
The battery block was replaced but the receiver still had issues, after much component testing it was eventually found that one of the ICs was at fault. This was ordered and on arrivel was fitted which restored full functionality.
