Customer's Fault Description
Red light on handset lights up nothing on reciever
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty receiver where it would not respond to a signal. The battery block was showing signs of a battery leakage, a replacement block was fitted but the problem remained.
The regulator was then changed which did restore power to the control and it would respond on its button press but the output switched voltage was not present.
Due to the extent of the problems a repair is not economical and a replacement would be required.
