Customers Fault Description : Four button remote. All four buttons can be intermittent. The on/off button is virtually not funtioning
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish buttons. All 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored. The battery clip was also replaced.
