Customers Fault Description : inoperative
These 2 controls arrived safely and on testing both were non functionaoing on any button press.
The first was found to have a broken leg on a transistor, this was resoldered and full functionality was restored (on of the buttons is a bit worn meaning it does need a hard press)
The second control was found to have a cracked LED, this was replaced which restored functionality.
As per the customers request both were cloned and supplied as a backup.
