Customers Fault Description : One side of the remote works - one side doesnt
This body dryer controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons. This was found to be due to corrosion points in the print from water leaking into the control through the cracks in the button caps.
The print was reworked and full functionality was restored. The facia was refitted and a plastic sheeting fitted to give a bit of extra protection but please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent further damage.
