Customers Fault Description : Just not working
These two bed controllers arrived safely and on testing both had similar issues whereby some buttons were non functioning.
On opening there was contamination from worn button pads over the effected contacts (see image). The PCB was cleaned up and the pads washed down which restored functionality.
