Customer's Fault Description
Not seeming to send out a signal
This garage door control arrived safely and on testing appeared to be functioning as normal. On talking with the customer it was revealed that the issue could have been an intermittent issue with the battery housing, this prompted a closer inspection.
One of the battery terminal solder points did indeed have a crack in it (see image). All solder points of the housing was resoldered.
