Customer's Fault Description
When switched on the remote is showing a radio wave connection fault to the control box in the gas fire.
This gas fire control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a display that would indicate a RF signal warning, on testing for a signal one was found to be present as per normal operation.
On opening a component test was carried out but no issue could be found, it was therefore concluded that the issue was most likely with the main IC. Sadly this IC is not available as a spare and has deemed a repair not possible.
