Customers Fault Description : Just doesnt turn the fire on or the light in the fire
This electric fire control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have 2 faulty buttons, the Power and Flame buttons.
This was due to contamination on the PCB and button contacts, the device was cleaned and full functionality was restored.
