Customers Fault Description : The scrolling ball in the centre of the remote was pushed in too hard and won't retract back out.

This LG TV control arrived safely and on inspection the Wheel select button was broken, the shaft was split . This was glued back together which restored functionality.
Please note that this switch is very fragile and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
