Customer's Fault Description
The scrolling ball in the centre of the remote was pushed in too hard and won't retract back out. <br /><br /> Pic of remote https://www.flatpanelshd.com/pictures/LG_E7_large_5.jpg

 

This LG TV control arrived safely and on inspection the Wheel select button was broken, the shaft was split .  This was glued back together which restored functionality. 

Please note that this switch is very fragile and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
