Customer's Fault Description
There is only one button working (to shut down the fire), sometimes the red light is coming up but goes out when I try to fire up. I send you the remote and the receiver because I don’t know sure where the problem is.
This gas heater remote and receiver arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was found that the receiver was not responding from the up channel. This was due to a faulty 40.5khz crystal in the receiver itself. This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
