Hi, not used vibration plate in over a year, forgot there were batteries in the remote, they leaked, when i tried removing them the tray broke in two, so now i cant use the machine at all. ARRRRRGH!! <br /><br /> Please help, i need a hero! <br /> :-)<br /> Vikki x<br />

 

This remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery tray was split in 2, this was glued back together and strengthened.  On adding a power source the IR LED was found to be faulty, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
