Customer's Fault Description
This has been repaired by you before and has been working fine for a year now but I am afraid I might have broken the solder on the battery housing.
tHIS Roller Tec Garage Door remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have 2 of the batter housing pins to be OC.
The battery housing was resoldered back into position which restored full functionality.
