Customers Fault Description : not been used for 12 months , tried new batteries , but will not switch on with double tap on red button
This motor mover control arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed not to be responding from its power double press.
When opened the issue was found to be a worn contact on the power button and also signs of a leakage on one of the terminals, both were repaired which restored normal functionality.
