Customers Fault Description : The down button isn't recognised on the receiver.
This fireplace control and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receivers battery block had signs of a battery leakage.
The battery block was replaced. The 40khz crystal in the receiver was also replaced due to intermittent functionality on one channel. Full normal functionality was restored.
