Customer's Fault Description
Have done the obvious and changed the battery(!) but cannot get to work or the little light on the remote to come or for the garage door to open
The button on the main motor of the garage door still works and opens the door so it would appear to be a fault with the remote
Have tried to buy a replacement but the item was apparently delisted some years ago
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from the button press.
The issue has been found to be a faulty oscillator. A temporary over sized replacement was fitted which restored functionality. A new oscillator has been ordered and will be fitted upon arrival. Expected delivery date for the part is between the 14th and 16th jan
