REMOTE NOTE WORKING TURNING ON THE FIRE. WHEN I PRESS THE INCREASE DECREASE BUTTON A RED LIGHT COMES ON, BUT THE FIRE DOESNT COME ON.

 

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing there was no response from the both 2 power on buttons.

This was found to be due to worn button contacts, these were replenished which restored full functionality.
