Customers Fault Description : All buttons not functioning, also both wires have become detached from battery connection assembly. Its worked intermittently and been troublesome for a while before this.
This Gas fire control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable cap was detached.
The battery cable was replaced and all four buttons were also replaced, this restored normal functionality.
