Customer's Fault Description
The top left button for raising the head part of the bed fails to work. All other buttons working. Before failing time the same button gave intermittent problems.
This adjustable bed control arrived safely and on inspection there was a break in the lead at the remote end due to flexing over time.
The lead was cut back a couple of inches to bypass the breaks.
